Habits help you build the life you want!! I am a firm believer that how you do anything is how you do everything. The habits we cultivate in one area of our lives often spill over into other aspects, influencing our overall behavior, mindset, and success!
My Instagram handle @habitstacker_healthysnacker was born from the years and YEARS I’ve been slowly building on becoming 1% better every single day; stacking one small habit on top of another.
I’m not a fitness coach, I’m not a nutritionist, I don’t have certifications in health & wellness that allow me to give professional advice in this arena. Why am I sharing this? Because I’m just like YOU. I’m a busy mom in my 40s juggling parenting, running a large business, and trying to prioritize my fitness & nutrition so I can live a longer healthier life for my family.
